Wow, we thought — that sounds great.

We booked our appointment there and then to shop for our wedding rings. A few weeks before our appointment we received a message confirming it was still going ahead. Great communication and prompt messages.

Samantha arrived on the date and time arranged. We were both very excited about the appointment. Sam brought lots of choices for us to choose from and was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

She polished my now very sparkly engagement ring and advised us both what to look for in our chosen wedding rings. Every detail was explained to us, from paperwork and payment to ordering and delivery.

She even modelled both chosen rings, which helped our decision even more as they looked so different on her fingers.

We received great messages when our beautiful rings were made and waiting for delivery, and she even hand delivered them to our door.

“I heard about Duo Jewellery at a wedding fair, so booked in a consultation, not fully knowing what the service would entail or what to expect. I had no need to worry though! Sam remained in good contact with us leading up to our appointment and was absolutely lovely 🙂 She listened to our wants and guided us through the process with a great level of expertise and advice.

My engagement ring is a bit of an awkward shape in terms of getting a wedding band to sit flush to it, but Sam took a lot of time helping me try different styles to make sure they looked perfect together.

My partner doesn’t wear any jewellery so was happy with a plain band originally, but after Sam showed what was on offer he ended up with a ring he really likes that is bespoke to him.

I think the consultation service that Duo Jewellery has to offer is such a great idea; personal, as it takes place in your own home, and Sam put no pressure on us to purchase but was simply happy to give advice.

We ordered our rings the same night, mid November, and they arrived before Christmas!

Duo is truly amazing!! Sam arranged to come to our house for our consultation and we were able to choose our prefect rings without trawling the shops. Also because in nursing you can’t have a stoned ring she was able to provide me with a twisted designed wedding band that is just stunning! We can’t fault the friendly and professional service, we were amazed at the wide selection of wedding rings, you can mix and match and choose metals and a choice of designs and diamond cuts. We saved over £300 from the quote we got from a well known high street jewellers. Excellent service, prices and selection.

We met Sam at a local wedding fayre, having been disappointed with the level of service and choice on the high street we decided to book a free home consultation, she came out on the evening which suited our work schedule perfectly. We just wanted to add our review regarding our appointment for future couples just like us when choosing the right company for our wedding rings. We met Kevin at the NEC in Birmingham, we were looking for wedding rings and this company were the only ones who gave us their time and commitment.

So we booked an appointment with him, which was just so easy and we were made to feel special right from the start. He came to our house and showed us endless designs, he was very patient and great fun at the same time. We finally chose our rings and we were offered the option to pay in full or half the deposit. We chose to pay a 50% deposit and after 5 weeks, Kevin called us to let us know our rings were ready to be delivered, we were so excited and when they arrived by special delivery, we were absolutely delighted with our choice.

The whole process from the introduction, warm welcome and the final delivery were just so easy. Thank you so much Duo Jewellery!
